As a professional in the same industry, I was deeply disappointed with the cleanliness standards at this establishment. Upon entering our room, we noticed it was dirty, with hair scattered throughout the bedding. While one of the managers promptly offered us a different room, it turned out to be even worse; the bathroom was in unacceptable condition, featuring mould, hair, and urine on the toilet.
Instead of addressing the cleanliness issues appropriately, we were given complimentary drinks, which felt inadequate in light of the circumstances. I expected a form of reimbursement given our experience. It's been four weeks since I sent an email to the manager detailing these issues, and I've yet to receive a response.
To add to our dissatisfaction, both my husband and I developed a rash during our stay, which seems particularly concerning since we both experienced it. Considering the significant price of $245 per night, I cannot stress enough that I would strongly advise against staying at this facility based on our experience. It simply did not meet any reasonable standards of cleanliness or service.
