The staff at this hotel were genuinely kind and sympathetic – everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. This is the only positive aspect we can mention. However, the rest of our experience was extremely disappointing: Location: The location is very poor. The hotel is situated far from the city center and far from the main square, RegCaserta. There are no public transportation options nearby, which makes it difficult to get around. Air conditioning: The air conditioning did not work properly. It was set too high, and when we opened the window to let some air in, the system turned off completely. We suffered from the heat all night. Bathroom: The bathroom was outdated and very worn down. Noise at night: At 2 a.m., we were woken up by what sounded like bombings – supposedly fireworks or petards – caused by a group of young people who spent the entire day hanging around the hotel. Unfortunately, aside from the staff's kindness, this hotel offers nothing commendable. We would not recommend it.

Overall the hotel was fine. It was weird ti see such a big hotel but very few people around. I think during our stay (one day) we saw only one other customer. The garage and the outside of the hotel could be better kept. The garage in particular needs to be cleaned up

The only good thing about this property was it was within reasonable costs but everything else was more or less terrible - old property, very limited to no transportation facilities, they don’t provide you with water in your room after your first night of stay, PATHETIC WiFi, room service provided us with torn towels - it is a huge and massive hotel but empty so it almost feels haunted. Extremely disappointed with this stay!
