First the website says that parking is free of charge. They charged 85 SEK for the hotel parking area that was fullybooked. So we had to park elsewhere and our money was not returned. In our room was normal double bed what was not double bed but two single beds. Those were prepared well. But two bunk beds for our children were not prepared and personnel said that it is not their business to do that. Customers have to do that. In the morning, birds (Sparrows) were flying inside the breakfast area and were eating from the floor and from the tables including breakfast buffet table. When we informed personnel, they totally ignored that occasion. Positive, our room was clean. Thinking about the time is given to personnel to prepare the room, I have to say that our room was clean. Kudos to those people.

Cold room was a letdown

Like a few previous reviews we read the rooms are pretty cold since the heater is tiny and doesn't seem to heat up the room at all. No curtain in the bathroom so that was a bit awkward. Staff was polite and nice. Breakfast was pretty good and wifi worked really well.

Avoid unless no choice

Reserved a "Superior Room with a balcony". It did have a balcony, but was anything but superior. Smaller than most rooms. Only one broken chair. Shower was miniscule, literally. Advertised as having a restaurant and bar. The reception counter served as reception, bar and restaurant. Menu offered as main dishes 4 types of frozen pizzas which they reheated. A vending machine offered frozen meas which they would reheat. The "best" was apertizers section which among few rare "delicacies" for the true connoisseur were french fries with catchup, for the price of $5. The only redeeming thing is being located directly across the street from the airport terminal.
