Great stay. Nice room with tea/ coffee etc and it’s always good to have a tunnocks caramel bar. All staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast , also had an evening meal which again was very good. Definitely stay again

Only issue is that the top floor is accessed by a flight of small steep stairs, not a problem unless you are ageing or have heavy bags. Other than that very nice, would return… but not to the top floor.
