The first room we had was terrible. Could not work the A/C and found out the panel was broken. Sink was missing the stopper so anything could fall down the hole. The window was small and cloudy, so you could not see out. It was a small and very awkward layout. remote for TV didn't work. The coffee maker didn't work (Kuerig?) and put a ton of grounds in the coffee. We came in through the garage and didn't realize there was any staff onsite until 2 days later, so we thought we were dealing with online staff only. The keypad from the garage to the hotel didn't work and they had to order another one. The online staff were very responsive with texts, but nothing was resolved. However once we realied there was onsite staff, they finally figured we had to move to a new room, because of all the issues. The new room was great. Bed was comfortable, we could see out the windows and had a great view. We discovered there was an ice machine and filtered water refill machine and a nice pool, jacuzzi and upper floor lounge area. Wish we would have found these sooner. The keypad access was a pain and it would have been easier with a card. They said we could download the app - but how many apps do we need on our phones? Pool and Jacuzzi were pretty clean except some sand on the bottom, but very warm.
