A resort for a family vacation

Nice all inclusive resort. Perfect for families. They offer also several activities for free (ie kayak, pedalo, windsurf, bottomglass boat) not enough advertised though. The best thing is the kids club from 9am til 10pm with tons of activities for the kids and super lovely staff.

We stayed in room 1200 for 8 days and I can say we had one of the best experience This resort offers you everything you need-high style dining in restaurants, beautiful beach with so many water activities, very good entertainment staff, beautiful landscape, friendly people everywhere ( front desk and beach bar especially) Thank you for making our staying there memorable and we will definitely return to this place!

Friendly staff and great rooms which are huge and clean.q Enjoyed the beach front and the various sports and water activities. Numerous food options in the all inclusive package. Downside was the water and electric cuts. I have emveem to less developed countries and they have sufficient backups such as generators and water storage. Was not pleased with the club situated near the reception as was informed on the hotel tour local drinks including rum was included in the all inclusive package. However the staff stated only beer and wine was available which did not make sense as I could get local rum every where else on the hotel complex.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel. Le cadre est magnifique, le personnel très accueillant, et les services sont de qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité des lieux , TOUS les repas et la propreté des installations. Le seul petit inconvénient : notre chambre était un peu éloignée et située au 2e étage sans ascenseur, ce qui n’était pas très pratique avec un bébé et une poussette. Mais cela ne gâche en rien la qualité de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Repas au buffet tres répétitif et manque de saveurs; parfois odeurs de cafard dans les plats. Dessert sans saveur. Petit-déjeuner simple et peu varié. Présence de nombreux animaux errants dans l'hôtel et restaurant ( chiens et chatS) Meilleur repas dans les autres restaurants proposés en demi-pension. Ben hôtel, tres belle et spacieuse piscine. Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. Food was good and plenty of options. Yes there are a few - maybe 3 stray dogs on the beach but they do not bother you and the staff look after them and feed them. Well worth a stay and would go back again! Fabulous sunsets as well.

Le lieu etait incroyable, Tout le personnel est au petit soin de l'arrivée au départ ! Concernant l'emplacement l'hôtel est pas loin de port louis et des belles plages du nord mais plutot loin des autres activités (tel que : tamarin falls, chamarel, bois cheri ...), Lhotel propose de nombreuses activité gratuites, renseignez vous avant de faire votre propre programme 😉 Je recommande fortement cet hotel ! Nous y reviendrons sans problème !

Ce que j'ai apprécié ce sont les activités pour toutes les âges, les différentes cuisines, le personnel disponibles à touts moments, ce que je n'ai pas apprécié les mauvaises informations pour pouvoirs avoir axé aux restaurants ce qui nous a values des refus pour le repas le soir et cela en 3 occasions, mais insistant un peut cela c'est arrangé. Grosse remontée d'eau au niveau du sol de la salle se bain. Et une forte odeur d'égouts qui est présente en permanence.

Overall hood stay.

Overall hood stay, room was upgraded which was fantastic with a private beach. Hotel rooms and bathroom is in need of a refurbishment. Buffet Food overall was not that good, the best service and food we had was at the kot nou. The staff at the bistro require customer service training and be trained to greet and smile.
