I have stayed here on a couple of previous occasions but i am afraid it will probably be my last time . The hotel is looking tired and the surrounding area is awful. The room was an upgrade costing £185 , although the room was large the bathroom was dated with a very old shower above the bath.

A Radisson blue that doesn’t look like a radisson

The hotel is far from the other radisson blue that I have experienced. The service is really kind but looks like it’s evident that they are short on budget. Normally this hotel chain is really nice with superior comfort. This wasn’t the case.

The hotel was great. The check-in was smooth and really efficient so we were up in our room within a couple of minutes we were staying because we were going to a concert in Birmingham when we got back. The bar still have people in it so we were able to have a drink the bar man was pleasant efficient and it was a very pleasant day. Breakfast has the variety that you would expect for a standard hotel stay and again the staff were really helpful and polite. Really appreciate the later checkout as well.
