6/10 Good

The main areas of the hotel are well maintained but the bedrooms could do with a makeover. Clean but dated. Spa, however, is extensive.

Great service, especially check in and the restaurant

8/10 Very good

The room was clean but the furniture was kind of banged up, especially the cabinets in the wood trim. The spa was great and well maintained. The front desk people were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious.

Superb hotel, wonderful staff. Spacious, comfortable room. Excellent food in both Terrace Bar and Ivy Brasserie. Our room (416) had a Juliet balcony overlooking the gardens. Quiet and private. Being picky, I would say the room was a bit dark and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was too high up for doing makeup ( aimed at someone 6’4” at least!)

Well worth the 30 minute taxi from Dublin airport for one night. Will definitely go back. Everything was excellent

8/10 Very good

The hotel itself is very good...very quiet place..did not use the Spa but looked impressive. The breakfast was really good, I also dined in the 'Terrace' also good. Only thing was the 'Sadlier' bar was closed (on a Thursday) which I thought was strange given the hotel was fairly full. The room was very spacious , a little dated decor but nice nevertheless. I would return here.

2/10 Poor

Good service, breakfast was a bit slow and eggs not great. Rooms are good and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Sadly this place would be very good but no EV charge point is what drops it to one star for me. I find this inexcusable.

Hotel staff made the stay for my son and I. Went above and beyond for his 6th birthday and he felt like a king. Bed was comfy, room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Dinner in the terrace lounge did take quite a while to come, but was still nice. Breakfast was lovely. All in all a great stay and will definitely be back

Check in was smooth and front desk staff was helpful. Did attempt to book the restaurant prior to arrival, communication was missed but booking was made without confirmation. Not a big deal but plans were up in the air for a bit until check in.
