Really nice hotel, fantastic room with a plunge pools- great facilities. Really good quality breakfast - close to the beach and bar street. There was a hotel being built across the street, a little noisy, but it didn’t ruin our stay.

We arrived early and were able to use all facilities and pool while luggage was stored. It is walking distance to old towne and a lot of great eateries close by. We had a junior suite and it was perfect. Tons of space and spacious bed and sitting area with private plunge pool. Staff were so accommodating and helpful. Steps from the beach.

Nice clean hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and had a wide choice. Unfortunately the spa area was out of action for some reason. Disappointing really as it seemed like a nice place to get pampered if you wanted to.

Ottima struttura al centro di Rodi, la old town si raggiunge con una camminata a piedi, ottima la pulizia sia delle aree comuni che della camera, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, non ci è piaciuta la piscina troppo vicino alla strada, e la notte è un po’ rumorosa vicina ai disco-pub della zona. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno, consigliato!!

Kahvaltı çeşit iyi, otelin konumu güzel fakat temizlik vasat. Odada ne terlik var ne su var. Park yeri olmasına rağmen genelde dolu. Asansöre iki kişi zor sığıyorsunuz. Parasının karşılığını verdiğini pek söyleyemem. Bu fiyata daha iyi olabilirdi. Personel ilgi alaka idare eder, talebiniz genelde geçiştiriliyor. Kahvaltı için ek ücret talep ediliyor, konumundan dolayı tercih edilebilir fakat fiyatına göre daha iyi olabilirdi.

I had a great experience at the hotel - the staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was very modern and clean (in fact, the whole property was spotless) and they followed my request to be put in a room with sea view, which gave me the best morning views when I woke up. Also worth mentioning the hotel was a stone's throw away from the quieter side of the beach which was ideal for me. Loved it and would definitely stay again!

The room was lovely and clean and the view of the sea fantastic. It is a shame that the buildings infront are rather run down but if you don’t sit right to the front of the balcony they are obscured. The location is excellent for walking into the old town the only downside is the proximity to bar street which can be rather rowdy but if you turn right when you come out the front of the hotel you never have to go along it.

Large construction site next to the hotell with a lot of noise and also next to a strip club. Service was friendly but when asked for a massage booking at the hotell they referred me to a QR code and to send a form (!). Loved that the room had it's own pool! When the clean the room they bascially only make the bed. Floor was still dirty.

I had an issue with the patio door lock on arrival. The manager called the maintenance guy out at 9pm at night to attempt to fix but was unable to. They promptly moved me to the same room opposite and promised to fix it by the morning. They kept that promise, and I was offered my original room back or could have stayed but I opted to take my original room. One day I got back and there was a small gift from the hotel to apologise! There was no need it was dealt with. The staff were wonderful and always friendly and smiling, nothing was ever too much. The mini bar addition in the room was a nice addition as well!

Maalesef Mercure kalitesini bu otelde bulabilmek çok zordu otel adeta üniversite kampüsü gibiydi. Fiyatları aşağıya çekmeleri tüm gençlerin oteli düz ayak kullanmalarına sebep vermiş gürültü ve çevredeki gece kulüpleri sebebiyle uyumak mümkün değildi.

Oda her gün temizlendi. Kahvaltıda her gün aynı menü çıktı. Onun dışında merkezi konumda olması, otel önünde araba bırakmak için geniş bir alanın olması tercih sebebi olabilir. Burada otopark gerçekten büyük sorun. Kaldığımız oda denizi de görüyordu. 3 kişilik bir oda için biraz küçük olsa da Rodos görülmeye değerdi.

The hotel staff has always been extremely helpful in my many stays at the Alexia over the years and the location of the hotel is excellent for walks to the ancient city and is very close to the Aegean for those always perfect sunsets.

This was my third year in a row staying at the Alexia and it has always worked perfectly and is an excellent base of operations for seeing the new and the old fortified city. Many fine and interesting restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The huge buffet breakfast is always nice and a good way to start another pretty day in Rhodes.
