Absolutely lovely place, a hidden gem! Stayed here with a friend for 4 days and we loved it! Its close to Lido beach, to vaparetto water taxi station, lots of shops and cafes, grocery stores and more. All personnel at the hotel were nice and helpful, our room was clean without any issues. I would come back! And yes, their breakfast was good too- variety to choose from.

Perfect location for all types of visits

Perfectly located 3 minutes walk from the ferry pier and 5 minutes walk from the beach in a very quiet area just 1 minutes from good restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good outdoor space also available for breakfast was a plus. Only minus was the selfservice coffee machine for breakfast making a poor imitation of an Italian coffee. This was way under the level of the rest of the experience.

Did not have a vehicle for parking. We did not participate in the breakfast. The room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. A coffee maker in each room would be appreciated. Our room had a bathtub without a shower curtain, which made it difficult to have a shower. A suggestion would be to install a shower curtain. The staff was friendly and check in/out was efficient.
