Very nice place and accommodating staff. Great pools and nice food. However, be aware there is no heated toddler pool or general play areas for young children other than the kids club

It takes a day or two to understand the spirit of the place, the various activities (so many) and where the food really shine the most (kids said Kuzina restaurant!). Our children love the place, and were sad to leave. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

This is a great hotel, our room had a hot tub and huge balcony. Food was good and Ltd of choice. Two large pools and on the beach, staff are great. If you want a couples only holiday don’t book this hotel. Kids everywhere and they run riot

We had a lovely week at the hotel, having stayed at different Ikos hotels the last 2 years. I would say it ranks just slightly below Ikos, but it was quite a bit cheaper. Not much to fault, but the pool could be a bit bigger. There is an adults pools with salt water, which was barely used. And the only other pool could do with being twice the size. Not easy to get a sunbed at the pool. Best feature for us was having a separate kids room within our superior family room which can be closed off. Layout of the room was ideal for a family with two kids. Restaurants were all very good. Buffet not too bad. Sea is beautiful. Island is great.

Great place. Very big and set on a steep hill so you need to get your bearings ass exploring on foot in the summer heat is wearing! Lifts almost everywhere though for anyone with mobility issues. Staff are absolutely first class. Food was great. Kids pool great although beware 3 of the 7 slides have height restrictions over 1.2m which reduced options a bit for our 6 yo. À la carte restaurants all very nice. All a bit of a faff to book activities/restaurant tables as different apps for different things. Email Hotel in advance of arrival to get à la carte restaurants booked as they get full. Poolside drinks etc via app order very good and well organised. Technophobes may struggle a bit albeit you can order from passing staff too.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff are incredible, and it’s not just one or two staff members, it’s the entire team. Everyone is happy, friendly, would go out of their way to help you or do anything for you. This makes a huge difference. The quality of the food and drinks are the best we have ever had at an all inclusive. They have several bars, all make their own signature cocktails. These are not pre made, or from a can, or a frozen cocktail. They make everything fresh, with the official spirits, liquors, bitters, garnish. You would easily pay £15-£18 per cocktail in London for the quality of the drinks. The à la carte is also very very good. The French restaurant is very nice, the decor is great, the menu is amazing. The Asian restaurant is also extremely good. The Greek is very good for lunch down by the beach. The Italian is also nice. The hotel is spotless. They have a team of people who come every night to jet wash the pool areas, clean out the pools, and wash all the sun beds. I am not joking, they do this every single night. It’s all the small details, the glass around the hotel is always clean, never a smudge on the glass. The toilets are always clean, they smell nice, even the ones beside the pool. The sea side decking is very nice. Every location you choose there is a nice view, either the green hillside or the sea. We are a young couple, no kids, the are a lot of babies and young children, so just keep that in mind if that’s a turn off for you.

I would highly recommend this hotel for families with children of all ages. It is a luxurious hotel with multiple pools and restaurants. Amazing food options for our family with various dietary requirements (Ie Gluten-Free and Vegan). All allergens were clearly displayed at the buffet which made it very easy for us. They even made a gluten-free pizza for my wife at the a la carte restaurant. Only slight downside is that the private hotel beach is not sandy but still a nice beach for our 4 and 6 year old children with some artificial sand. They also allowed 30 minute free use of some of the water sports at the private beach which is amazing. We travelled to Georgios beach around 20minutes taxi journey (40euro) for a lovely sandy beach! We would definitely visit and use the hotel again!!! Thanks
