Excellent location across from the waterfront. Steps up to the entrance but a small, narrow ramp to the side of the hotel for wheelchairs. Lobby extremely attractive and clean. Staff welcoming and check-in stressfree. We booked an accessible room - the bathroom was spacious with expected amenities. The room was clean and the bed comfortable although not quite big enough to easily move around in a wheelchair. We did not book breakfast (at €20/person we thought it a little on the high price side). We would stay here again if in the area and recommend the hotel as excellent value for money especially in the location.

It was Ok, staff were helpful, breakfast was the usual, the whole place needs some love, there was a puddle on the landing on our floor with water dripping through the ceiling. Our bathroom had cracked tiles etc.

Et rigtig godt hotel med en central placering ved havnen og en spytklat til gågaden. Godt udvalg i morgenmadsbuffeten. Meget imødekommende personale. Bilen står i parkeringskælderen under hotellet. Lidt larm fra udrykningskøretøjer, når vinduerne står åbne (hvis du har udsigt til havnen). Men alt i alt en stor anbefaling, hvis man vil besøge Flensborg by et par dage og besøge seværdighederne i gåafstand. Det er 3. gang, at vi har boet på hotellet- sommer og til julemarkederne.

Rommet var varmt uten ventilasjon og vendte ut mot en meget trafikkert gate. Det var en politistasjon i nabo bygget. Det var støy hele dagen og natta, sirener og biltrafikk. 20 euro før en dårlig frukost var liksom prikken over i en. Vi ska ikke bo der en gang til.
