Lovely helpful staff and really good size room. Handy location to both the train station and the centre of Parma.

10/10 Exceptional

Nice hotel on very convenient location between station and historic centre. Staff were lovely. Room very clean - ours was not very big as it was a disabled room with a disproportionately large bathroom. Only problem was terrible WiFi which kept dropping out.

8/10 Very good

Very nice room, great breakfast, well maintained hotel. The only issue we faced was the AC. It was very hot outside & they control the AC so we couldn’t adjust the room temperature to our liking.
