Staff at the check in desk were very helpful. However the shower was useless in that it could not hold a temperature or pressure. All it took was someone in the next room to turn their shower on, to drop the pressure and make the temperature cold. Alternatively if after getting the temperature right, they turned their water off, the temperature would be scolding hot. Absolutely ridiculous shower!

As everyone says, the hotel was in a great location, a few blocks from the Acropolis, and the Plaka (great shopping and eating). The service was very good too, and Nikos at the front desk was very helpful with directions and suggestions. The rooftop dining and bar were very good, with a wonderful view of the Acropolis, and the breakfast was good too. The room size is not expansive, but it included all the requisite anenities. Even with the good reviews, we were pleasantly surprised.

Cleanliness was on point! Everything smelled amazing, room was comfirtable but the shower was too small(for 1 person only) and the water kept coming out of the shower by the side. Great service, disappointing room
The lobby is beautiful and the staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Breakfast was very good as well. In comparison, the room was disappointing. When you enter, it is nicely appointed, clean and welcoming. However the lighting is poor, especially in the area near the door. Bed is very nice and comfortable. Bathroom is terrible! Very strange small tub with a tiny seat, I guess it is, leaving a tiny, tiny area in which to stand to take a shower then the shower curtain sticks to you the whole time. Almost no room to step out of the shower/tub without bumping into the vanity or the toilet. No exhaust fan; no electrical outlet, so the hair dryer is on the desk in the main part of the room. Lighting in the bathroom is good. View from the nice rooftop restaurant/bar is outstanding. It’s too bad that the room was unpleasant, because the service is outstanding. I would not stay here again.

We won’t come back
The location is great, it was pretty clean and the stuff is very nice, this is where the good things end tho. The hotel is old and not in its best condition. The acoustics is terrible, we couldn’t sleep - we could hear every person passing or talking in the hallway, or even the people in the next room. The WiFi barely worked, and even tho we did complain about this we were completely dismissed with the answer “we didn’t have any complaints about this” well, were complaining. The view from the tiny and not very clean balcony was to a gas station. We won’t come back.
