Good location close to the train station and cathedral. Friendly and easy check-in as I had done most of it online prior to arrival. Free water is great but only single glasses available so you do have to ferry between room and bar to get it. Room was spacious and bathroom was good with rain showers. Would stay again if I'm in Cologne.

Clean room, nice decor. No kettle in the room (which is not uncommon in Germany I think), but late at night to first thing in the morning you can pick up a free coffee downstairs. The room with a view overlooking the railway did have some noise as they were carrying out engineering work overnight, but it didn't disturb us. A really nice hotel at a good price, in a excellent location.

Great location close to the city centre. The staff were so helpful and approachable. Really great styling around the whole hotel in the exception area (free hot drinks at certain times was a great bonus) and modern clean rooms. Roof terrace also great with excellent views. Only slight negative was the towels. A bit small and quite rough! Not enough of an issue to reduce my full mark score though. Thanks for a great stay!
