The lobby was really dirty in the morning. The hotel is loud if you have a room on the street side. The personal is doing a good job, polite and was attentive.

3 star stay!

Overall expetience was good. Check in was easy, but the bathroom was dirty with hairs all over the floor when I got there. Reception made sure I could have another room as they said it was too late to get someone to clean. The second room was clean - rooms overall are basic but clean. There is no conditioner, only a combined body/face wash/shampoo. Bottle of water was provided in the room. Breakfast was really good considering it was included in the price of the room!

2/10 Poor

Nobody there when we arrived. Booked a room through Hotels.com around 8-9 in the evening. Got confirmation thst we had a room waiting for us. When we got there, the reception was closed. No room for us. No information when we booked that this was the case. The confirmation email says welcome to your room, all is good. Very bad experiance. Had to drive a lot more, 2 motorcycle, rain and late at night to find a place where the Staff actually also work in the evening!!!
