Great breakfast, comfortable double bed. A la carte Restaurant was booked for a wedding so no outside space as that was reserved for guests. Other Restaurant was buffet only as a consequence but had to pay for 3 courses at NK525 even if only wanted one course so ate in the cafe which was really nice and reasonably priced

We enjoy the stay! it was a nice experience. a hotel for families. had nice activities for children. water park and superland tip top. the food was a bit bad and the breakfast buffet was a bit small selection and not the best. But we will be back and stay longer. ^_^

This hotel is a ripoff and not worth it

You have to pay extra for the pool and sauna. This was not clear at booking, and most hotels offer free pool and sauna as part of their package. No AC in the rooms and much of the hotel so it was uncomfortably warm. I found spoiled soy milk at breakfast and had to ask staff for oat milk for my coffee.

Old fart hotel 🏨! The rooms are from the 90's. The bathroom sink was slow 🐌 & no drain on the floor. It is a rude 😤 guy 👦 with a long beard working there... Extremely rude 😒 and unpleasant! Didn't enjoyed 😕. Also have to pay for the parking 🙄 its very greedy lol!

I was very disappointed with the hotel. For such a high price, I certainly did not expect such a small room, broken doors, and a lot of noise outside the window. We had to keep the window closed the entire time because the noise was extremely loud. The pool and play area were additional charges on top of the already high hotel prices. There was little choice for breakfast, and it was bland. The hotel is old and definitely does not match the photos; they were probably taken 10 years ago.
