To be perfectly honest, I will not stay here again, nor will I recommend it. The people that worked there were truly lovely (seriously, its saving grace), but the physical place, was 50/50. The lobby was bright and clean, but when we (two women) had to find our room, we were told that "the elevators were down all day, but they should be working now." No big deal, that happens. But when we went to the elevators, the lights were out in front of the elevators and the elevators were, in fact, down. So we had to find the stairs to get to our floor (thank goodness that our check-in lady put us on the 2nd floor) while carrying all of our bags - obviously we couldn't use a cart. When we finally found the stairs, they had NO LIGHTS, so my daughter and I walked up the pitch black stairs. Do you realize how dangerous that is? Because we were only staying two nights, and our first night was almost over, we decided just to stay put. We passed the elevators on the second floor (also completely dark) and finally found our room. I will say, the room was clean and comfortable. But I feel like were were catfished with the size of the bathroom - they did NOT match the pictures on the site. They were incredibly small. But the water pressure was wonderful and the water was warm. The next morning the elevators were working, but they were back down again the next afternoon. That means dark and wet staircases. Also, the parking lot is VERY dark as well.
