We had a wonderful one night stay in a beautiful room facing the fountains and gardens. The hotel is fabulous and we highly recommend it, we only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Fantastic location and historic building. The staff here really deliver a 5 star experience. The hotel itself has a few blemishes but is undergoing a major refurbishment (not noticeable for guests as it is done in sections and with minimal inpact on guests) We will definitely book this peral of Zagreb at our next visit.

Great traditional hotel walking distance from the city center. The breakfast is great, and the kitchen is very accommodating to dietary needs, I suggest reaching out in advance if you have any special requirements. The staff are friendly and extremely professional, but the management has let them down as they are severely understaffed. The only thing stopping this from being a 5 star review is the understaffing, if the management fix this the property will be a undisputed 5 star.

Good personell and service overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable as expected. The restaurant and the breakfast didn’t meet our expectations for a five star hotel. It was not bad but we felt the breakfast was too pricy for the offer. There was some renovation ongoing when we had our room and we needed to change room due to this. The staff were greatly helpful which made us happy :)
