Noisy location

Very friendly staff but the facility is old and noisy due to closeness to the freeway and poor noise insulation. Faucets were leaking and the commode was not mounted to the floor enough and moved during use. Again, bery friendly staff but a not so nice room.

Elevator didn’t work so we had to use the stairs. Vending machine took our money and when we asked the front desk about it he told us to just “shake it a little”. Never got our snack and he didn’t offer any help.

Pros: The room itself was ok. I won't go into detail about anything negative since I pretty much got what I expected out of this property. I'll just say the room was the best part of the entire hotel. Cons:It was noisy the entire time and I needed to spray before using the bathroom. Giving a 3/5 and that's being generous.
