The building I stayed in, which I guess was the non-smoking building, appeared to have a card-access only security door, which was negated by the open staircase to the right which allowed anyone access into the building. The stairs themselves were poorly lit, further removing any sense of safety. The whole building smelled unpleasant at best, with some areas smelling of heavy cigarette smoke, chlorine, or mold. My room smelled like someone had poured maple syrup all over. My friends room, on the same floor, smelled of urine and mold. Both my friend's and my room had bugs (baby roaches possibly) in the bathrooms at least. I ended up leaving instead of staying the night. Still icked out by it. Another friend that was staying in a separate building also found the same bugs in his room.
My friend ended up staying and complaining about the bugs, to which he was told that the hotel didn't have bugs. 3 random rooms in 2 different buildings doesn't lie.
He also told me that the juice dispenser at breakfast was moldy.
