Need more attention to cleanliness!
The first room she gave us had big spots on the bed sheets and hand prints in what appeared to be some type of lotion substance on the headboard. The clerk was apologetic and gave us a different room which was better but could’ve still used some cleaning.

Dirty room, pool was closed and out of order additional $100 deposit and a pet fee, had to switch rooms due to multiple issues, bedding had holes and permanent marker all over it urine stains on mattress

Drove 4 hours to attend my daughter competition. Booked a room here, room was disgusting mold stains on the bed and bed skirt. Frig was dirty. Asked for new sheets they said house keeping wasn’t there , so I was offered a different room. The second room was worse than the first room. It was dog hair all over the bed. Dog hair in the Frig. Toilet and tub was disgusting like it was never cleaned. I wanted to throw up . Asked for a refund but they refused me a refund and hung up even tho I didn’t stay there. I left and got another hotel. I wish I would have took pictures but I was so mad. Never ever again.

Several negatives concerning our stay
We were disappointed that we flipped the first light switch upon entry to the room, and it was out. One of the nightstand lamps was also out. The TV remote did not work, though the desk clerk did come and replace it after a time. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was not operational.

We were given a room that when we left it we had to use the deadbolt to keep it open so it wouldn’t lock because they didn’t even have room keys for us

Had blood on my sheets upon arrival a big body fingerprint beside the pillows, and no housekeeping available to help. Management staff was horrible to deal with regarding this. Do not recommend!!

The desk staff were very unprofessional, complaining about co workers and eating while talking to us. Bathroom was very dirty and had old water slime in the corners and around the door. Bed was hard and springy.

So arrival front desk staff was pleasant, but interactions later in the evening wasn’t so much. My room was not as clean as it could have been, the bed was pretty hard, lacked security and front desk staff in the AM could have been personable.

Check in was painstakingly long and customer service was terrible. The staff working the front desk acted like we were an inconvenience to them and barely said 2 words to us. Once we got to our room, we discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush. There was also a used bar of soap in the shower. When we went back down to alert them of the toilet, they called maintenance and my husband had to talk to them over the phone because the employee said his English wasn’t good. Turns out the water was shut off to our toilet and my husband was instructed on how to turn it back on. We then discovered the pipe leaked every time the toilet was flushed but at that point it was late and we just wanted to go to sleep. I let the front desk person (who turned out to also be the maintenance guy) know about the leak. I would have rather drove straight through the night than have stayed in this hotel.

The curtains in my room was filthy, the top of blanket on my bed had stains on them like the lamps in my room had so much dust built up. Im okay i will never ever come back . The front desk lady was nice but it was my boyfriend birthday and i was suprised the room was like that. Kinda embarrassed

I didn’t like Quality Inn. The spa it’s not working. And I find roach in the drawer I went to the receptionist and I bring him with me to see it then they give me other room. It was terrible experience with this hotel. and they still keeping my $100 deposit.

Overall, it was fine, but one of the only reasons I chose here was bc of the hot tub which wasn't even working and it did NOT list that anywhere or I probably would have went somewhere cheaper honestly. Also, the indoor pool was very small and was NOT heated so it almost felt like an ice bath.
Also, we did NOT have a working remote at all...but the staff was AWESOME and tried several different ones with different batteries.
And finally, the only hot option available for breakfast was waffles and they only had regular syrup to top it with.
I have been to other quality inns and they always have other topping options AND have hot eggs and a breakfast meat!
