My stay at the hotel was unfortunately limited by several issues with the amenities. The pool, which I had been looking forward to using, was not well-maintained—there were visible bugs in the water, and I even witnessed guests attempting to clean them out themselves. This made the pool far less inviting and raised concerns about overall cleanliness standards. In addition, the water in both the shower and sink was not functioning properly, with low pressure and inconsistent flow. It appeared that there may have been clogged or damaged pipes, which impacted the comfort and convenience of my stay.
As for the dining experience, I was under the impression that breakfast would be unlimited, but the portions and service felt restricted. The servers did not seem very attentive, and it gave the impression of being overly cautious with serving sizes. I believe the breakfast menu could be improved by offering a more diverse selection, blending both Caribbean and American options to cater to a wider range of guests. I was particularly disappointed that bacon—something many guests expect as a standard breakfast option—was not available at all.
While I appreciate certain aspects of my stay, these areas left me feeling underwhelmed, especially given my expectations. I believe with better maintenance, more attentive service, and an expanded breakfast menu, the hotel could provide a much more enjoyable experience for future guests.
