Hotel is absolutely stunning and so well placed, easily accessible to main attractions within walking distance and really close by to the metro stations. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful of the rooftop of Frederik's Church and the bed is the comfiest bed I have ever experienced albeit a small double bed. Only negative we identified is that the hotel outside of the main lobby areas has a musty type of dust smell which was unpleasant, our room also had a slight smell on the first day but after being cleaned the first morning this had gone. The staff were incredible and extremely helpful.

It's very close to the city center and public transport. The staff were very helpful and friendly both upon arrival and throughout our stay. This is my second stay. On both occasions, the only problem I had was with the bathroom. There's a bathtub, but getting in and out is very difficult. It's both high and has a very slippery surface. We didn't experience any other problems.

The hotel is situated in a very accessible and central location, and the breakfast offered was of excellent quality. The staff handling luggage was courteous and attentive upon arrival. However, the main issue was the lack of cleanliness in the room, including inadequate vacuuming and unkempt bedding. When the beds were repositioned to make two single beds, numerous hairs and debris were found beneath the white mattress, indicating that the area had not been properly cleaned for some time; the floor was also poorly vacuumed. Additionally, the coffee machine contained an outdated coffee pod lodged inside. The bathroom was notably small, with the design of the bathtub and shower making entry and exit very challenging. The room itself was quite limited in space, offering minimal room for a suitcase. The overall impression of the room was disappointing. Furthermore, guests should be prepared to carry their luggage up stairs, as access to the room required ascending stairs to reach the elevator. We contacted the front desk on the morning of our departure for assistance with the luggage due to the stairs, but no one answered, so we ended up carrying our suitcases up the staircase.
