People at front desk make mistakes on their reservations,...say they are going to make adjustments,...and don't explain behind the scenes,... monetary adjustments. Then when you call to ask regarding what ocurred,... they turn into answering like with a "Street Like Jenny on the Block from the corner on the Bronx attitude" with smart alik comments as to deter You from asking any further regarding surprise fees in order to intimidate. I've traveled for many Years through Marriott Bonvoy and specifically Residence Inns,...this was the Most Ghetto-like treatment and experience,.. (E V E R). Then when you answer them back, responding with there's no need to be smart,...they hang up,..I will report, and disclose publicly the party involved,...as so that the names can be a lesson,...and for others Not to go through the same. If they do it to one,...they'll do it to others.
