I’ve stayed here more times than I can count. This was the worst experience. The toilet seat was up and there was pee on the bowl. And a roach in the toilet. It looked like the bathroom door had vomit splatter, and I was given the wrong wifi password. (I was too lazy to call down for the right one.)

Missing reservation, peed on the car

Upon arrival, they could not find the reservation. While one person waited in the car, the other went in to try to get the reservation straightened out. While one was in the car, a man came up and urinated on the side of the vehicle. We went somehere else without their ever finding the reservation.

Been there done that.

Bathroom floor needed cleaning as well as the side of x the toilet facicing the wall. I bought cleaners and disinfected. Orgerwise it was just old and dated but comfortable.

Check in was 3 hours later than what you had in my itinerary, making my entire trip miserable. Staff very argumentative even after showing them my check in time on my confirmation. Very very dissapointing, i will use an alternate online booking source for future stays.
