Property in need of refresh, were advertising refit coming. Unfortunately AC broken on hottest week on record then pool closed due to chlorine issue. Staff helpful with water and fans. Food and drink prices bit high but hotel in great location for shopping and attractions.

A very good team working here who are clearly understaffed. The room was not the best and looked tired. Socket shorted my charger, both the sink and shower plugholes were blocked, and the air-conditioning was broken on arrival (during a heatwave). The latter not their fault, they provided fans which helped. Lovely breakfast, pool and sauna were very nice and the reception administrator was very helpful after I reluctantly came down to complain about the aforementioned issues. Very understanding and I look forward to a better experience next month.
