Amazing building, friendly staff and a cosy but comfortable room. The transformation from post office into hotel was done with respect for the original features and it's heritage But, the restaurant was really disappointing, and the strange chicken kebab stew they served as the included dinner really was far from the standard we are used to from this chain, and the vegetarian option was even worse. Also clutter, storage and staff clothes were visible to guests both in the restaurant and lobby, which you would not expect in a four star hotel. I think we were just a bit unlucky, and still would not mind giving it another go.

Service was ok, not the worst and not the best, but ok. The thing that I found the most irritating was paying an extra 300sek for my dog which would be fine, but they provide nothing extra for that cost. Other hotels that charge extra for dogs in nearly all cases have water/food bowls a dog bed and sometimes a little bag of dog treats. The hotel was otherwise in good condition and the food was good. I would however probably not stay here again because of the over expensive dog for nothing experience.

Det var ingen avgörande sak för mig men säkert för de flesta. Men mitt rum luktade avloppet ganska illa, det kom från badrummet. Ni borde verkligen ha löst detta innan era gäster checkar in. Det drar ned mitt omdöme en del och skulle nog inte varit acceptabelt för de flesta andra.

Servicen var väldigt bra! Högt tak i rymmen och rymliga Stora fönster för att kunna vädra Middag vid ankomst var mysigt och riktigt god med salladsbuffé, vällagad husmanskost. Gymmet är väldigt funktionell , trendigt och mysigt inrett. Personalen väldigt hjälpsamma!!!
