Hotel has had its days. Nowadays it shows its age. Rooms were big but old fasioned. Pillows were not up to task.Location is good and that's why we picked it.

The younger man on reception was more interested in talking to his colleagues, then helping guests. We were early and there was no room available. When we returned we were served by an slightly older man who was very helpful, friendly and gave us a room upgrade.

The staff were professional, nice and helpful. Hotel is very old, but clean. I could smell cigarettes in our room. It must have come through the vents.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel and the location is good too. However the rooms are old, the wifi was cutting off all the time, and there was a short water outage.

Clean room. Great location. Terrific staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay here again. The gym was one of better gyms I have seen as part of a hotel. I give it a 98%.

10/10 Exceptional

We had such a wonderful experience during our first stay that we decided to return just two weeks later for an additional night—and once again, the team exceeded our expectations. Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. We were generously upgraded to a larger room for the second time, which made a huge difference for our family. They also kindly accommodated a late check-out, allowing us to keep our baby on schedule and enjoy a much more relaxed departure. We are incredibly grateful for the warmth, hospitality, and genuine care shown by everyone at the hotel. It’s rare to find a team that is so attentive and thoughtful. Thank you for making us feel so welcome on both visits—we truly appreciate everything you did for us and look forward to staying with you again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were especially touched by the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Since we were traveling with our baby, they generously upgraded us to a larger room to make our stay more comfortable. The extra space made a huge difference for our family, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture.

This was the absolutely worse experience I ever had. Could lock the hotel door, safe worked every second time. No hot water in the bath room, aircondition on maximum heat, was worse than a sauna. - and on top of that I never seen such a dirty hotel room. STAY AWAY!!
