Couldn’t ask for better staff Cheyenne, who works nights was amazing. She apologized like crazy because the remote for the TV wasn’t there simple thing and it didn’t bother me. Rooms are great beds are comfortable. Newly updated outside has a little to be desired, but it was great toilet seat, height perfect not the kind you’re sitting on the floor and you don’t need a stepstool so if you’re a normal height, you can take a dump with your knees at a right angle.

Staff has been good. The rooms are excellent. It is obvious that Wyndham just purchased this property. The outside could deserve attention as it lends itself to a lower end Motel and is below their standards.

The staff was very nice and rooms are clean. Area of town is all boarded up. There is no where to take your dog to the bathroom. Cigarettes butts every where!

The outside of the property looked very getto, the business next to the property also looked iffy. But the rooms were clean, spacious, and newly remodeled. The staff were wonderful, especially the daytime clerk

Newly renovated- nice stay

The property has recently undergone a major renovation. Rooms were upgraded, nice and fresh. A few glitches were still being worked out but overall the experience was great.

Very bad experience at the Baymont by Wyndham in Rock Springs, NE. Paid way too much for an unfinished bathroom remodel, no ice in the ice machine, dry cereal and yogurt for breakfast and made a reservation for a king bed but room was dirty so ended up in a room with two queens! I was looking for a pet-friendly hotel and will continue to look……

Do not stay here!

We were very tired when we checked in the hotel itself. Looks abandoned on the outside and in an undesirable neighborhood the room was clean. The bed was comfortable until you start to use the bathroom and the fixtures were not attached to the sink. They advertise a continental breakfast which is nothing more than cereal and dispensers, coffee and toast

there was ceral and make your waffel for breakfast a little disapointed they used the Baymont name for a refurbished older building. Our handycap room had a great bathroo, but was very small. not place to hang anything. had to plug in frig adn could not get TV to work. We managed but is not on our list to stay there again.

Never ended up staying. First room was dirty. Second room was occupied. There system was down and stood arround fo 30 minutes for them to help.

Absolutely do not stay at this disgusting place

Absolutely horrible they had construction going from seven in the morning until nine at night. I told them I did not want Service all week. They went into my room when I was gone and left my door open twice. I would not recommend this place to anybody. also there was bugs on the walls and on the floor

I pulled in and what I saw did not match up with pictures or reviews. I checked the hotel chain website and it was a poorly rated motel. It's disappointing because I lost the money I paid because I was past the cancellation period.
