Outdoor pool was wonderful (although smaller than it appears in photos). Our main setback was the valet lost our keys, thought someone had gone to get our car, then after 45 minutes realized they’d put the keys under the wrong room. We waited an hour for our car upon checkout. This was very stressful. They did compensate one night of parking but it resulted in a difficult driving day with a small child after standing in the lobby for an hour before we even got going.
