This was my second time to this property but the first time I spent the night. Property is so beautiful. Staff is so helpful and nice. Room was great. Had an oceanfront room in tower 2 on the 4th floor and the view was amazing. A few employees stood out with excellent service. Overall amenities were excellent. Beach was a bit disappointing though — not sand but very small pebbles. Plus you can’t even swim. When we were there, there was also a big event with 500 people — loud music was playing in the early morning. People had access to the pool which somehow felt invasive to the checked-in guests. People were walking around and using the facilities and some were rowdy. Management should have allocated a special area for them so the privacy of the in-house guests could have been maintained.
