The location was decent for our needs. The nearest subway station was about a 7-minute walk, and bus access was close by. There were plenty of food options nearby, including McDonald’s and Domino’s, and Costco was within walking distance.
The room itself was very small, with no real space to place suitcases. It had a large bed and a TV, and the bed was cosy. The bathroom was a good size, but it felt quite cold even with the AC set to warm, and there was limited space to put toiletries apart from the sink.
One positive surprise was the nice view of the New York skyline from my room. We mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep, and for that purpose it worked fine. The free breakfast was good, and the staff at check-in were friendly.
There were no major issues, though the cleanliness was about what I expected based on previous reviews. I would probably stay here again for a short stay. However, if the hotel experience is important to you, or if you’re travelling with children, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. There is parking available but limited to 3 cars
