The room was clean and the food was very decent in the restaurant. Facecloths and hand towels in the rooms were not supplied. Secure parking with 24 hour cameras was appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I always stay at the Ibis Torreon when I am traveling back and forth from the US and Mexico. Their staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I can bring my dogs. It is fairly close to the highway. The food in the restaurant is good for hotel food and the coffee is also good. It is a good place where I can to truly relax.
