The hotel has a nice location, a comfortable, and clean room. I'm very uncomfortable with the reception staff. They have very poor communication. On the evening of August 12th, the receptionist told me the parking lot was full and that advance reservations were required. I can respect that. However, when I asked how you could help me, he said, "I don't know, it's not my problem," and in a very rude tone. He could have shown me the parking lot just across the street. Then he went outside, sat down, and started enjoying herself in a customer-like manner. There's clearly a communication problem. Such staff shouldn't be working in this beautiful hotel. The Dutch are very friendly people. I will come again. I love this country. Thank you.
