"Express check in and out. Conveniently located with a train entrance right next door. Room was spacious and clean. No iron in the room but available to use on the same floor. Western breakfast. Room and floors are nice and quiet, however, the common area on the 2nd floor can get very lively with DJs playing loud music on certain days."

"Location was great. You've got the main anime area in Osaka next door, a nice outdoor market nearby, and can walk to Namba station for a variety of shopping malls. The rooms are the largest I've stayed in, in Japan, and have microwaves, which is a rarity. Would definitely recommend if you want to be able to relax inside your room at the end of the day."

"Great Hotel in a busy but perfect location. Everything you need on the doorstep minutes walk to the train station. Staff very nice and professional. The best thing is the hotel amenities. Fantastic laundry room and great Lounge area. Never had such a great laundry experience. Rooms were spacious with 3 single beds in but a little dated and carpets need upgrading too. Overall would recommend this if staying in Osaka for 1st time."
