"The staff is very friendly and the hotel is right next to the Kamata station so location wise is unbeatable. Having said that, it is right next to the trains that run until midnight and restart at 4am, so you will hear the train nonstop every few minutes and by the few days you stay there have the jingle memorized. Expected just a better room layout, it was really small bad layout. I expected better beds and I know rooms are small at Tokyo, this is fourth time there but they were not the best places we've stayed. The beds are very uncomfortable, and the pillows as well could use an upgrade."

"I stayed at The Royal Park Hotel at Haneda Airport, and overall, it was a convenient but mixed experience. The biggest advantage is the location. it’s directly in Terminal 3, which makes it incredibly easy, especially for early or late flights. You really can’t beat the convenience. That said, the check-in process was mostly self-service using a machine, with very little human interaction. While it was efficient, I personally would have appreciated a bit more assistance or a warmer welcome. The room itself was quite small. It worked for a short stay, but storage was minimal, just a small open space in the wall with hangers instead of a closet. There was also no iron in the room (though I’m sure one could be requested, we were just too tired to bother). Another downside was the limited food options. Room service closed early at 9:30p and there weren’t many dining choices open in the airport at that hour, which made it a bit inconvenient. Overall, while the hotel is very practical due to its location, the experience was just okay. I might stay here again purely for the convenience, but I would also consider other options."

Overall, I had a pretty good experience. Here are some detailed thoughts: 1. Location & Surroundings (a) Distance: It’s not as close to the airport as I expected. It took me about 10 minutes by taxi. (b) Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet, which I appreciated. (c) Convenience: The nearest convenience store is about a 10-minute walk away. However, it’s quite large and offers a great variety of food options. 2. Robot Self-Service I would say this experience is a bit of a mixed bag. While it’s interesting, it can sometimes take longer than expected. For example, scanning documents felt slower than if it were handled by a human staff member. 3. Dining Experience (a) Breakfast: Surprisingly excellent. I highly recommend it — the food tasted great and there was a wide variety of choices. (b) Late-night food: A very thoughtful touch is that the hotel offers frozen meals for guests arriving late at night. They are affordable and can be easily heated in the microwave, which is quite convenient. 4. Room Condition The room was clean and well-maintained, meeting standard expectations.
