I was mind blown by the kindness and enthusiasm when I arrived a few HOURS early… instead of receiving a typical annoyed response there was a warm heartfelt welcome and joyful notification that my room was ready. What a great little hotel run by very nice and accommodating people. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, the rooms are basic but clean, and several have excellent views of the Matterhorn. Nice little breakfast area and outdoor garden. Would recommend and return.
