Great location right in the center of the old town of Fazana. A few steps away from many restaurants, shops and the marina and a short 2 minute walk to the beach area. Very lively town in the evenings with most noise done by 22h so very quiet at night. The room was very nice and cozy. Bathroom was very clean with modern furnishings. No elevator of course which is normal for older historic buildings. Parking is in the city parking lots and you must then walk to hotel as the hotel is inside the...

This is the most helpful hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff is beyond amazing and courteous. The location is in the heart of old town Rovinj which is stunning. My husband got sick and the restaurant for breakfast brought food up to our room for no charge. That is SERVICE! I would move in and make this my retirement home if I could. I wish we had stayed longer. This hotel is 5 stars for a much cheaper price. It is an absolute steal!!

The breakfast at the hotel is worthy of 6* status, a cornucopia of different dishes and side dishes, rounded off by excellent coffee and other beverages. The amenities (pools, spas, exercise rooms, games rooms) are clean and well equipped and and their staff unobtrusive and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the AC efficient and almost soundless.
