Very nice property - more “American style” than most European hotels. Excellent breakfast. Very very convenient to the bus line and a short ride to the train line but not super close to the touristy areas of London - about an hour to Kings Cross station via public transit.
I spent 8 nights at the Novotel Brentford. It was a convenient location, we were visiting family in the area. Super accessible to the bus (which was right outside) which transported us to multiple train stations. Supermarket right around the corner, you can purchase water and endless supply of prepared food and snacks for touring around town. We bought flowers for the family at the supermarket too. Super clean and modern room, fresh towels each day. Safe in the room and mini fridge. Couldn’t ask...
Once we found the hotel, it was a great place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Close to the train to ride into center city.
Tons of research about a hotel only goes so far, so for my first ever visit to London, I was pleasantly surprised with Urban villa. Not only was it affordable, but the hotel itself was very clean, modern and comfortable. Very much a boutique hotel. My room was basically a little apartment, with a great view, an awesome sunroom, and other amenities. The hotel is about 7 miles west of central London, which for me was perfect, because it let me explore the city all day long, but I can go back to a...
Staying at Corinthia London was amazing. The space itself was designed for luxury and comfort. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. It all made for an enjoyable stay. Would love to stay again and highly recommend!
Delightful in every way! The room was beautiful. The bar area was very nice and accommodating. The staff were helpful! Absolutely would stay here again. Delightful!! Cheri
Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.
The hotel provided tea milk and hot chocolate but no coffee. Treats were also complimentary.
Room and hotel was always tidy and clean.
Within the financial district we only had the london tower and the tower bridge nearby so we had to take the underground to most places for sightseeing.
It’s 4 minutes walk to the underground tower station.
After dark the walk from the tower station or park station can be dark on some streets. Not dangerous just our daughter felt uncomfortable a few times.
This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.
