"Our first visit to Marbella and stay at the Gran Marbella Hotel & Beach Club was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the staff and instantly made to feel relaxed and valued. Check-in was seamless, and being greeted with a glass of champagne was a fantastic touch that immediately set the tone for the weekend. The level of service throughout our stay was genuinely outstanding. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the attention to detail across the hotel was incredibly impressive. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed, spotless throughout, and offering a true luxury experience while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. From the rooms and pool areas to the restaurants and beach club, every part of the property is exceptionally well maintained. The location is also perfect, allowing you to enjoy everything Marbella has to offer while still feeling peaceful and exclusive. We booked this trip for a relaxing long weekend, and it delivered exactly that. The calm, luxurious atmosphere made it easy to completely switch off and enjoy every moment. This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. "We stayed for 7 days .This place was spectator, great location to go to varios places , room was impecable, air conditioning great and the staff were lovely."

"Amazing staff, specially Mariano at rooftop pool. I think the staff there should be dressed as the customer, meaning nudity for job and environment proportionality. I think SPA and pools should be opened until midnight at least for hotel guests."

"This is my fourth stay at this complex, which says it all. Each time it excels in every way starting with a warm welcome, beautiful clean tidy and spacious room, great food, a swimming pool to die for (all quite shallow and child friendly) along with another pool, good entertainment both for kids and adults. The staff spoke many languages and were really friendly. Location is right on the beach with lovely walks along the promenade. We took the train from Malaga airport for €2 each, 2 stops and a 7 minute walk and you are there. If only they could guarantee the weather! Will definitely be back."

"Fab breakfast unlimited brunch was really good. Great location walk through town to get to the beach Uber cheap as chips to get around No kettle/coffee facilities in the room but there is a machine €2 Would definitely stay again "
