This was a beautiful hotel and conveniently located across the street from the train station. Noise was not a problem. Brig is fairly small so its location was great. The room was bigger than standard (we had a double) with a small balcony and great views. The room and hotel were clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

The staff was wonderful and helpful and the room was adequate. Breakfast was great and you won't forget the view. Pool was nice. Be careful with the hotel restaurant...it's a bit pricey. The town of Murren doesn't allow cars and it's a bit of ordeal to get to but it's charming. The town is dead after dark (at least in September)

This is a lovely hotel near the cable car that goes up the mountain. You can ski right up to the front door of the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and eager to please. The breakfast was very extensive and well-supplied, with high quality food. I had a very enjoyable stay here, and would come again without hesitation. The Sunstar Alpine Hotel are I stayed is located within an easy walking distance to the train station in Wengen. I could hit the station with a rock from my balcony at the hotel. Wengen is a good location to explore the many hiking trails and other points of interest including Jungfraujoch that are in the Interlaken, Jungfrau region. Wengen is a beautiful, small alps town that is great to skiers in winter and hikers in summer. It is my choice over Murren or Grindelwald. It is easy to get to by...

One of the most beautiful places I have ever been. A once in a lifetime type beauty. But hopefully I'll be back again! The pool was great and I was traveling with two 20-something kids and a 15 yr old. Staff was very nice. We ate dinner in the hotel...but not the "included" with your room dining room. It was good. Breakfast was also good...typical, but good.
We loved staying at this hotel , it was so quiet and peaceful even though it was right in the middle of big tourist attraction. It was right next to station so it was very convenient to travel to Jungfrau mountain or anywhere near by. There were lot of great food options near by in walking distance. Hotel breakfast was good , kids enjoyed it a lot but it had same options everyday without any new options , they should look at adding more variety. Hotel restaurant was good and nice sitting areas...
During my time in Switzerland I stayed in 4 different hotels and my time at Hotel Spinne was the best! My view of the Eiger mountain was stunning, the infinity pool was a dream, the restaurant on site had delicious pizza and the staff went above and beyond. I accidentally left an item behind and Zuzana and the rest of the staff were able to securely get it back to me. I’m grateful for the experience and will certainly be back.
This Hotel is older and keeps with style of the area, but it is very clean, the beds are comfortable and it is only a 2 min walk to the rail station. Please note they do not have an elevator so you do have to use stairs but the staff are very willing to carry your luggage up for you. It comes with a nice breakfast and the restaurant is also a good choice for dinner. The view from our room was breathtaking and we enjoyed the cool air and the beautiful garden in the back. I can’t say enough about...

Hotels.com confirmation is NOT enough. you need email them or call them ealier. airport transfer is necessary. Their airport transfer is only 45 Euro in a nice Mecedes. Regular cab costed 52.
