"Our room faced away from the main street and was quiet. The hotel is well located and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Within walking distance of Plaza de Armas downtown. The breakfast was good, but lacked in variety and condiments. We really liked the purified water dispenser in the room."

It is located in a quiet and safe street, surrounded by restaurants and stores. If you ever stayed at The Chandler Hotel in NYC, the Capital Bellet Hotel exceeds it in value by miles. "Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal. We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing. Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Juan."

"The singular Santiago was amazing, the staff made the difference in this hotel, everyone absolutely everyone will go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. The quality of the breakfast and the restaurant menu is superb and their pisco is to die for. Lastarria is a very pretty and safe area so location couldn’t be better. My only suggestion will be for the TV in the room to be bigger in size since rooms are massive ( at least the type that we booked). Thanks again to...

"This hotel is really great for a stay in Santiago. It is located in the Providencia neighborhood (very safe all times of the day) and has easy access to delicious dining and sight-seeing. The hotel breakfast was very good and rooms were clean and fairly modern. Staff was very friendly and helped me find the nearest ATM's. Metro stop Tobalaba is very close walking distance and the city's historic district is a short cab ride away. "
