"Nice place to stay, reasonably walking distance from benaulim beach. Would have been an excellent place to stay, had there been in house restaurant. Being studio apartments, kitchen is available but restaurant is not. You might have to ask hotel staff for things quite few times, upon request it would be available. Proactive approach of service could be expected at this stay value though. Otherwise clean, nit and tidy, well maintained property. Over-all good stay. "

"Much more dated than photographed. Photos should be updated accurately as to not disappoint guests. All staff were very friendly and helpful, which made an huge difference. except one lady on front desk! Area surrounding was pretty dirty, with lots of rubbish on the floor. Advise people to do thorough research in advance. I wish we did!"

"This hotel is so beautiful. The facilities, cleanliness and attention to detail is outstanding . The staff are amazing, so friendly, caring and attentive and they go the extra mile for you. The beach which is absolutely beautiful is a 5 - 7 minute walk away ( there are a number of beach shacks there) and the town of Colva is about ten to fifteen mins walk so the location is great. The food served at the hotel is so delicious and fresh and the pool area is lovely too. The spa is amazing aswell....

"My fiancé and I booked a night at The Beach House. It was an amazing stay. Everything is so well looked after and well organised. Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of. "The resort is beautiful. Was so nice to relax and use the pool and room service. The music outside the room however played all day and into the night - it was loud and repetitive lift music that did not aid in relaxation. The spa was amazing! Reception tried to charge us 2500 rupees for a taxi to the airport, when the standard is 1200 rupees. "
