This hotel was our first stay upon our international flight. We were greated by such an amazing staff, Marla. She was so helpful in providing information on grocery shopping, how to get around in the U- and S- Bahn, helped us with our football tickets... she was amazing. Precioso hotel , ubicado en zona Muy tranquila. Estación de metro a una cuadra. También se puede ir caminando a los sitios de interés ( marienplatz), ya que son unos 3km Muy prolijo . Habitación con todo lo necesario y más

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, limpio, con una habitacion un tanto antigua pero bien conservada. La unica gran critica es que el ascensor se toma previa escalera y para en un piso al cual para acceder a la habitacion hay que subir otro piso, lo cual es incomodo absolutamente, sumado a que es muy chico el ascensor.

El personal excelente; muy amable y servicial. La habitación y el baño muy pequeños y algo incómodos. La ubicación bien, pero no en la mejor zona La limpieza excelente El buffet de desayuno muy completo
