We thought the property itself was beautiful. Upon checking in you are greeted with a welcome drink! The front deskman that checked us in was so nice, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the roof top suite and the view from the roof was breathtaking. The distance from the airport to the hotel is less than 15 minutes which we loved because we wanted to stay in close proximity. The hotel restaurant was so chic -- we had the half board w/ breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious. Great stay!

You walk out of the lobby toward the bar & pool deck then down the stairs across the Avenue ( a mostly pedestrian walkway and you're on the Beach ! )

Ideally located you can easily walk toward the Marina end ( for some excellent dining ) or toward the Pier end with a bit more exciting night life.

This was such a beautiful hotel both inside and out. Really enjoyed the sea views from our balcony, the pool and the restaurants. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk and guest services were very helpful in booking tours and dinner reservations. Highly recommend this hotel!
Very welcoming staff and perfect location for exploring. Some of the amenities they advertise as available such as combs and tissue paper were not available and the room had a number of questionable stains. They also did not change our sheets during the stay despite us placing their provided “change sheets” card on the bed.
This was a very conveniet inexpensive but excellent hotel with a view of the harbor. Workouts on the sun terrace at dawn are extraordinary! The hostess was very helpful and friendly as was the whole staff. Best breakfast ever!
Nice location, close to restaurants and shops. No beach nearby, but pool is nice. Close to the bus to the airport, which also runs through the city centre of Palma. Breakfast is good.
My apartment has a balcony facing the beach. Room was huge & I loved falling asleep to the sound of waves each night. EVERYONE at the front desk was multilingual, accommodating & beyond friendly. I loved all the people that assisted me with all my questions. So helpful and hardworking, I felt so lucky
