"The breakfast was excellent. Do yourself a favor and add it at the time of purchase esp if there are 2 of you, you will literally save more than half the price than if u paid at the hotel. "We had a connection cancelled due to severe weather and got stranded in Chicago late in the evening. I booked this hotel on Hotels.com thinking it had an airport shuttle. It did not. When we arrived, the line to checkin was nearly out the door with one young girl working the desk and clearly using her phone to FaceTime someone who was guiding her through every step, every click of the mouse, etc. She was not trained and should not have been there alone. As a result, we stood in line for well over an hour to get checked in and didn't get to sleep until around 2am. This turned a miserable day into two miserable days."

"The room’s furniture was literally disintegrating. Floor wasn’t in the best shape/cleanliness wasn’t great. Beds were super hard. Pool area was absolutely disgusting. Walls were falling apart, stuff on the floor and some sort of oily substance floating on the FREEZING water. Pool was the only reason I booked the hotel in the first place. No sheets on the pull out bed when we went to use it so my oldest son just shared with my youngest. Overall the whole hotel needs a redo/overhaul."

"Very friendly staff, clean bright rooms. The bathroom was spacious. The refrigerator and coffee in room was great. Large free breakfast selection. The only thing that I didnt care for is that the hotel does not have dedicated parking. If there is an event at the convention center then it is hard to find something close. Having to drag your luggae and items blocks away is a pain."
