"Promised me roll away beds o. The phone and would not deliver upon arrival. Also been staying hear occasionally over ten years and was the dirtiest I’ve seen it. Messes in the elevators and weird smells. Also FYI, they now charge for parking now which is ridiculous at this property IMO. "

"I contacted the hotel prior to my stay to request a microwave, but upon arrival I was told the hotel doesn’t have microwaves at all. This was inconvenient since I brought food with me that I couldn’t use. I also confirmed ahead of time that my room would have a shower, but it actually had a bathtub instead. During my stay, I found a cockroach in my room. I reported it to the front desk, and they were willing to move me, which I appreciated. There are very few accurate guest photos online, so it’s hard to know what to expect from the rooms. Additionally, one of the light switches in the room was damaged, and the mattress was very soft. On the positive side, the hotel was clean overall and had some enjoyable amenities. Overall, I was disappointed due to the inconsistencies and issues during my stay."

"This was byfar my worst experience with todging. The rooms were not clean nor kept up to par (cracks in the floor and the bathroom). It was dirty and there were roaches in the room. The refrigerator didnt function property nether did the remote. "

"The hotel lobby, hallways and room were clean. Room had recent updates and a comfortable bed. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Very convenient location with free on-site parking."

"Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast area was clean and the food was good. The pool is very small and my kids love to swim, but the pool got really crowded. They only had 2 luggage carts which was really inconvenient. We were in town for a dance competition and had a lot of luggage to carry out. Parking was easy. "

"This place has BED BUGS nasty and the hot tub was broken in my room!!!! I ask for a refund and the manager has been avoiding me at all cost!!!! I WOULD NOT LET A STRAY DOG STAY HERE!!!!!! "
