"Rooms were clean, Staff was wonderful, Parking not too out of place, employees at parking garage was just as kind. My dislike was, the refrigerator wobbled, unstable. I would love to revisit your site and stay a couple more days. I loved it."

"Stayed twice at the beginning and end of 3 weeks in California. Great location 2 minutes from Powell BART so very easy for the airport. Big room so no problem with cases, Even a walk in wardrobe. Good links for the city (cable car, trolley and buses) and we also walked to a lot of places. Would certainly stay again. The only 'drawback' was an extremely rude night receptionist who made life VERY difficult on one night. Considering putting in a formal complaint he was so bad."

"Family staying in SF - 3 rooms for 3 nights and overall Hotel Zoe was excellent. All the staff couldn’t do enough to help especially reception team and huge thanks to Ryan from the restaurant who went above and beyond for his help with the Waymo experience 😁 Very well located hotel for Fisherman’s Wharf and the vintage Cable Car to Union Square. A long way out to Golden Gate Park but still well worth the journey. Parking at the hotel very expensive but plenty of other options nearby and only other negative was the bathroom design - door for sink area into bathroom a bit awkward and floor getting wet from shower through the ‘tap hole’ in the shower screen. Everything was always clean and tidy, nice area to sit out by the fires in the evening and tea/coffee station at nice touch in the mornings."

"although the room was clean, one of the water glasses in the bathroom was chipped and i cut my lip on it. the signage about taking stuff and having it billed to us later was unexpected and strange. i thought breakfast was included but we were charged for it. the staff was polite and professional and union square designer shops were just a block away. it was overall, a good stay. thank you."
