"Property was clean and staff was pleasant. Only issue encountered was dinner ribs were not served with steamed vegetables as menu implies. Didn't get additional side offered. Didn't complain just ate the ribs and fries."
"The property feels dated, but the tavern staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food there was excellent. Unfortunately, the service at both the hotel and the dining hall was disappointing. The breakfast was overpriced for the quality and selection offered.
During our stay, the bathroom sink in our room stopped working. When we reported it, the only solution offered was to pack all of our belongings, check out of the room, return to the front desk, and then be assigned a different room. Since it was already around 10:00 p.m., we decided to stay in the room and deal with the broken sink rather than go through that process.
The overall experience fell short because of the service. The tavern was definitely the highlight of our stay."
"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet, making it a pleasant place to relax. I would recommend and I will go back 👍10/10"
"It was well worth the money to stay right on the south rim. The room was not new, but very clean and tidy. We were happy to have the air conditioning in mid-July.
The front desk staff was lovely - very courteous and helpful.
Parking was tight but we were able to find spots not excessively far from the room.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Thunderbird Lodge."
